National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. (NFLF), a non-profit credit and housing counseling agency, has acquired the CCCS of Brevard (CCCS) program

National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. (NFLF), a non-profit credit and housing counseling agency, has acquired the CCCS of Brevard (CCCS) program. CCCS was formed by the Family Counseling Center of Brevard, Inc. (FCC). FCC was founded in 1964 and will continue to offer important services to the community including mental health and substance abuse counseling.

"As we shift our focus to our mental health and substance abuse programs, we are thrilled to hand the CCCS program over to an organization such as NFLF," said Dr. Lori Parsons, FCC President and CEO. "Housing counseling and bankruptcy counseling services are in high demand in Brevard County and NFLF has the technology, experienced certified counseling staff, and capacity to deliver these vital services."

NFLF currently provides bankruptcy counseling services nationwide and housing counseling services statewide, including Brevard County. Going forward, CCCS clients should contact NFLF for assistance.

"We see this transition as a way to continue providing much needed financial counseling and education services to Brevard County residents," said Mr. Andy Williams, NFLF Executive Director. "The CCCS program has assisted thousands of consumers by providing credit counseling, bankruptcy counseling, and housing counseling services. We are committed to providing a continuity of service to current CCCS clients and look forward to serving Brevard county families in need for years to come.
